collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application
(the "App"), a grocery, vegetables, fruits, and flowers delivery service. By using
the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and profile photo URL
when you sign in with Google.
- Contact details: your phone number, used for order updates and delivery coordination.
- Delivery addresses: the addresses you save, including area, city, pincode, and
(when you choose to share it) your device's GPS location, used to deliver your orders and to
check whether you are within our delivery area.
- Order information: the items you order, quantities, amounts, delivery fees,
payment method (Cash on Delivery or online UPI/card), and order history.
- Order reviews: when you submit a review, we store your star rating,
written comment, and phone number linked to the relevant order.
- Activity data: the timestamp of your last session ("last active at"),
used to help us maintain the service and assist with support queries.
- Account role: whether your account is a customer, delivery partner,
or admin, stored to route features and notifications correctly.
- Device & notification data: a push-notification identifier (via OneSignal),
including your email address used as an external account identifier on OneSignal's servers,
so we can send you order status updates.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To process, prepare, and deliver your orders.
- To calculate delivery eligibility and delivery charges based on your location.
- To send order updates and important notifications.
- To display your submitted reviews against your orders.
- To provide customer support.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
3. How Information Is Stored
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Authentication).
Communication between the App and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS.
4. Third-Party Services
The App relies on trusted third-party services that may process limited data:
- Google Firebase — authentication and database
(privacy).
- Google Sign-In — secure login; we receive your name, email address,
and profile photo URL from your Google account
(privacy).
- Google Maps tiles — when you use the interactive map to set a delivery
address, map tiles are loaded from Google's servers, which may process your IP address
and approximate location
(privacy).
- OneSignal — push notifications; your email address is sent to OneSignal
as an account identifier to enable targeted order notifications
(privacy).
- Google Play — on Android, the App uses Google Play's in-app update API
to check for and prompt available app updates
(privacy).
5. Location Permission
The App may request access to your device location to help you set an accurate delivery
address and to confirm you are within the serviceable area. Location access is optional —
you can enter your address manually. You can revoke location permission at any time in your
device settings.
6. Online Payment
When you select the online payment option at checkout, you will be directed to a
UPI- or card-based payment flow. We do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID,
or any other payment credentials — these are handled directly by the respective
payment provider and your device's payment app.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Order and delivery details (such as name, phone,
and address) are shared only with our delivery partners for the sole purpose of completing
your delivery.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide
the service. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the
email below and we will process your request.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page
with an updated "Last updated" date.
